I offer a warm, honest, and inclusive space where your full humanity is welcomed—and your story leads the way. This is a place to lay down what’s heavy, explore what’s true, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been waiting to be seen.
"Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced."
— James Baldwin
more about me
Therapy can be a space to face what once felt out of reach—and to honor the parts of you that have been silenced, overwhelmed, or forgotten. I offer individual and family therapy, primarily working with individuals age 15 - early 30s who may be navigating self-esteem, identity exploration, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.

Grief comes in many forms—and it doesn’t follow a timeline. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or a shift in identity or belonging, grief can feel isolating and consuming. In therapy, we make space for your grief to be witnessed, without needing to rush toward resolution. Together, we’ll explore what this loss means for you, how it’s living in your body, and what it’s asking you to remember, release, or carry forward.

Change—even when chosen—can stir up fear, confusion, and unexpected grief. Whether you're navigating a move, career shift, graduation, parents' divorce, end of relationship, or another significant life event, I offer a grounded space to explore who you are in the midst of transition. We’ll work together to make sense of what’s ending, what’s emerging, and how to stay connected to yourself through it all. This is a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.

Relationships are where some of our deepest wounds—and most profound healing—live. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns with partners, family, or loved ones, our work will center around understanding the roles you've been holding, the needs that may have gone unmet, and the possibilities for connection that still remain. This is a space to explore new ways of relating—with others, and with yourself.

Your relationship to sex and sexuality is deeply personal—and often shaped by culture, identity, trauma, and lived experience. Whether you're exploring desire, healing shame, navigating identity, or seeking more connection in intimate relationships—with yourself and others we’ll approach this work with respect and openness at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

Living in a world that often tells us our bodies are “too much” or “not enough” can create deep disconnection from ourselves, leading to the strongest rejection of self. In our work together, we’ll explore the messages you’ve inherited about your body and worth—and how they impact each other, with the intention of increased acceptance of your most authentic and free self.

Anxiety and depression are not personal failures—they are often the mind and body’s way of trying to protect us. In therapy, we’ll create space for these experiences without shame, inviting in curiosity and compassion. Whether you feel sad, scared, numb, or lost, you are welcome just as you are—we can take it from there, together, one step at a time.

I strongly believe in utilizing nature and the outdoor environment as a place and teacher for healing. We can integrate nature into our work together, whether that means meeting in a park, doing a walk-and-talk session, or practicing mindfulness while visualizing natural elements. The weather is a perfect example of an external factor that is outside of our control. Outside of sessions, I encourage you to listen to the ways your inner world responds to the outer world around you.

As teens and young adults grow into their own identities, family dynamics often shift — sometimes in ways that feel confusing or painful. In family therapy, we’ll work to understand each person’s needs and perspectives, strengthen communication, and create space for independence without disconnection. My approach supports both individual growth and collective healing, helping families build trust and stay connected through the inevitable changes of growing up together.
